In Malaysia: It Is Warm And Humid So Drink Plenty of fluids and Eat Fruits. I was never sick in the time I spent all over Malaysia. This is my second Month Long trip. Malaysia's bus system is very good and so are the trains.(Except possibly the "Jungle Train" which I rode just a few miles and got off from Kelantan. The locals keep the doors open going to market so the car filled with smoke from the Deisel Engines. But it is a cheap way to get around. Just don't expect comfort.I recommend the Express "WAU" it is great! They are very inexpensive. In fact I rode the bus to singapore from Kuala Lumpur for around 25 RM 1 way and to Penang from KL for 22 RM 1 way. I found some beautiful hotels there but I opted for the inexspensive rooms in some wonderful old chinese hotels from 20 rm a night to 45 rm for a room with air con. Once your in Malaysia you can do very good traveling....LP I will have more Later from my trip to Kota Bahru Kelantan.(Good Food and shopping)
